Expanding trade - NEW YORK

Zhang Xiangchen (left), deputy China international trade representative, and Kathy Hochul, lieutenant governor of New York, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Monday at the Waldorf Astoria New York hotel. The two sides agreed to establish a joint working group to expand trade and investment cooperation.
