Xi delivers speech at world political party dialogue

BEIJING -- Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, started to deliver a speech Friday afternoon at the opening ceremony of a dialogue between the CPC and other political parties from across the world.
