Top 10 HK-listed companies followed by Chinese investors

Chinese investors have paid increasing attention to star companies in the tech, auto, finance and housing sectors amid robust performance of the Hong Kong stock market this year, according to a report released by online securities brokerage Tiger Brokers in mid-December.

Internet giant Tencent Holdings Ltd and property conglomerates Sunac China Holdings Ltd and China Evergrande Group ranked as the top three Hong Kong-listed companies followed most closely by Chinese investors , the report said.

The rankings are based on a weighted average of data from the watch lists of more than 1 million users on the brokerage's trading platform and information on individual stocks from its online community, the company said.
