Li calls for efforts to achieve peace and stability in Korean Peninsula

Premier Li Keqiang called for continued dialogue and negotiations to achieve denuclearization, peace and stability for the Korean Peninsula at the seventh China-Japan-Republic of Korea leaders’ meeting in Tokyo on Wednesday.

China supports the efforts made by ROK and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea to improve their relations and expects a success for the leaders’ meeting of DPRK and the US, he said.

China also supports all relevant parties to conduct dialogues in all forms and build a peace mechanism to achieve long-term peace in the region, Li cadded.
