Tesla denies suspending new customized orders from China

Chinese consumers can still order Tesla Model S and Model X customized cars, reported Beijing Business Daily on Tuesday, citing Tesla China's official customer service.

"Due to the risk of tariff adjustment, we recommend customers choose a vehicle in stock, instead of Model S and Model X customized cars," customer service said.

"But it is ok to choose customized cars if necessary. The arrival time for the order is about four months, which is unchanged from the previous period."
