Soccer kicks off in the clouds
Nestled in the mountains of Sichuan province, Wawu Primary School is known as "the school in the clouds". The educational facility in Abingluogu township, Zhaojue county, Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture, is located 2,700 meters above sea level in a largely barren landscape. Several years ago, a teacher founded a soccer team that became the first of its kind among the county's rural primary schools. Now, every grade has soccer teams for boys and girls.
