South China's Guangxi reports 27 new local COVID-19 cases

NANNING - South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region registered 27 new locally transmitted COVID-19 cases from 12 pm Monday to 12 pm Tuesday, all in the city of Baise, officials told a press conference on Tuesday.
Since the latest resurgence of COVID-19 on Feb 5, Baise has logged 126 locally-transmitted confirmed cases, said Huang Zaibo, director of the Baise municipal health commission.
Rounds of nucleic acid testing are underway in several counties and districts in Baise.
