Robust China ecosystem to elevate globalization

A1 China's continuous opening-up and its optimizing of the business environment give us stronger confidence in the future development of Amazon Web Services in China. We look forward to seeing more new measures, especially those related to the cloud computing industry.

A2 We have been serving innovation and transformation for millions of customers of different industries across the world. We will continue to bring all those best practices to China and use Amazon's global resources to support Chinese customers' high-quality development. In addition, Amazon has a strong commitment to sustainability, and is on a path to powering our operations with 100 percent renewable energy by 2025.

In China, we have already announced two renewable energy projects, and are also supporting our customers to use our products and services to improve the sustainability of their overall businesses.

A3 We are excited that more and more customers, spanning different industries and of different sizes, are using Amazon Web Services to accelerate digital transformation and innovation and grow their businesses both in China and globally.

Chinese companies, such as Li-Ning and Sany, are leveraging our leading cloud services to accelerate their digital transformation in China. In addition, more and more Chinese companies, including Oppo, Midea, Anker and NetEase Games, are expanding their global footprints through Amazon Web Services' global infrastructure.

A4 Cultivating a strong local Amazon Web Services partner network (APN) is one of our strategic focuses in China. Since APN was launched in China five years ago, we have already had thousands of partners to provide end-to-end services and solutions to assist in customers' digital transformation and innovation. To support the unique customer needs of different industries, we have also worked with over 100 partners to jointly develop and launch tailor-made vertical industry solutions.

A5 China is one of the most important countries for Amazon Web Services. We have full confidence in our long-term development in China and remain committed. Working with our local operation partners, we will continue to accelerate bringing our global leading technology and services to China to better support Chinese customers' digital transformation and innovation, invest in our APN community, and assist in China's cloud talent upskilling and carbon-neutral agenda.

We are also continuing to expand our local team. We look forward to making greater contributions to the development of China's cloud computing industry and digital economy.
