Jiaozuo, Henan, is known as "China's Capital of High-Quality Wheat" and has the reputation of "Look at Henan for Chinese wheat, and look at Jiaozuo for Henan wheat". The city boasts a nationally renowned high-yield grain area and is the country's first 500 kilogram wheat city and the first metric ton grain market in the north of the Yellow River.
