State Grid Anyang Power Supply launches one-stop services

As a part of efforts to optimize the electricity business environment and enhance the quality of services, on Dec 13 staff members of the State Grid Anyang Power Supply Company in Henan province started providing customers with a one-stop electricity application and reporting service at the business hall of the power supply office in the urban area of Tangyin county.

Since the beginning of this year, the company has been focusing on the electricity demand of customers and promoting one-stop electricity service to allow users to enjoy efficient, convenient and time-saving services.

Moreover, the company has organized special visits to fulfill some key tasks. The workers conducted publicity on safe electricity knowledge and gained a detailed understanding of customer electricity needs, making preparation to promote the use of the Online State Grid app. The app is enabling customers to monitor energy usage anytime, anywhere, and facilitating various electricity-related transactions with ease and speed.
