Nanshan Mountain shrouded in mist at dawn

At the break of dawn on Thursday morning, Nanshan Mountain in Chongqing was shrouded in a sea of clouds, crafting a picturesque and fairy-tale-like scene.

Nanshan Mountain, often referred to as the Nanshan Mountain Scenic Area, is situated in Chongqing's Nan'an district. Spanning approximately 2,500 hectares with an average elevation of over 400 meters, this mountain serves as the largest green shield in the central urban city.

Renowned for its unique climate and geographic setting, the southwestern municipality with mountains and rivers is commonly dubbed the "Fog City".
