Shanghai hosts National Fitness Day themed activities

Shanghai's "National Fitness Day" themed event, the Scientific Fitness Guidance Experience Week, is being held from Aug 8 to 14, offering citizens over 7,000 free sports experience slots.
During the event, social sports instructors across the city will provide citizens with a variety of scientific fitness guidance services. The courses include more than 30 sports such as indoor skiing, soccer, basketball, pickleball, table tennis, outdoor activities and group exercises.
These activities take place across approximately 150 venues in 16 districts and over 500 sessions.
