China won't allow Japan to turn back the wheel of history: Wang Yi

China will never allow right-wing forces in Japan to turn back the wheel of history, nor will it allow external forces to lay hands on China’s Taiwan region, Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Saturday.

During?a strategic dialogue with Tajik Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Muhriddin in Dushanbe, Wang stressed that Beijing will also never allow the resurgence of Japanese militarism.

China will work with various parties to uphold the international consensus of the one-China principle and jointly safeguard the outcomes of the victory in World War II, he added.
