Finland to hold economic forum with China, Russia

The first Finland-China-Russia Economic Forum will be held in the Finnish capital of Helsinki in October, the Finnish government said Thursday.

The two-day forum, which will begin on October 30, will focus on forestry, energy, environment, transportation and logistics to improve dialog among the three countries on the development of commercial and financial cooperation and investment, the Finnish government said in a news release.

Some 500 representatives for business, administration and high-level decision-makers will be invited to the forum, it said.
