China Resources Snow-SABMiller JV to buy 3 breweries

China Resources Enterprise said on Thursday its unit's joint venture with SABMiller will acquire three breweries in China for 749 million yuan ($110 million).

The acquisitions of the breweries in Anhui, Liaoning and Zhejiang provinces will boost China Resources Snow Breweries' production capacity by 468,000 kilolitres from its current 11.7 million kilolitres.
