Earlier today I visited the exhibition area of Jiangling Motor Corp, our joint venture partner. Jiangling's president, Wang Xigao, told me that commercial SUVs have great market potential in China in the future.

I think among all the automakers, Ford is the best high-end SUV maker. Through cooperation with Wang, we can build a powerful alliance. Ford and Jiangling have a very good partnership and we look forward to further cooperation.

In the next stage we will unveil a very important product- the Everest Concept.

I think this product has blended the experiences of both Ford and Jiangling in making SUVs. SUV is China's fastest growing segment so you can anticipate future cooperation from us in this field. My commitment to China is that we will bring the best, world-class products in our portfolio to the Chinese customers.

In other words, no matter what vehicle Chinese customers want, be it big, small or medium-sized, they will find it in a Ford dealership.

Whether they want a sedan, a SUV or a truck, they will be able to find it in our dealer outlets. Chinese customers will have more choices and every Ford and Jiangling model will be the best in the segment by quality, function, fuel efficiency, safety or connectivity.
