Before finishing his lunch at a restaurant in Changchun of Jilin Province late last week, a man was forced to leave his seat after a pet dog was placed by its owner in a seat next to him and kept barking.

Some other people who ate there were also annoyed with the boss of the restaurant for allowing the dog owner to eat with his pet there.
