Guangdong, Macao branded products fair concludes

MACAO: The four-day 2009 Guangdong and Macao Branded Products Fair came to an end here on Sunday, with the transaction amount exceeding 300 million patacas ( 38 million US dollars).

Organized by the provincial government of China's Guangdong Province and Macao's Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM), the fair was an open activity in carnival style combining exhibition, shopping, culture and leisure entertainment as a whole.

In addition to the transaction amount, the event attracted more than 90,000 attendants in total, arranged 589 business matching, contributed to signing of eight cooperation agreements and organized 16 professional presentations in four days, according to the IPIM.
