Giant panda Basi plays at a zoo in Fuzhou city, capital of East China’s Fujian province, May 21, 2015. Chen Yucun, the director of the Fuzhou Panda World, says a series of activities will be held from May 22 to November to celebrate the 35th birthday of Basi, who is the oldest panda on the Chinese mainland and far surpasses the normal panda life expectancy of 12 years.
