The Emerald Restaurant at Zhao Long Hotel Beijing has two candlelight set meals for Valentine's Day, at 499 yuan plus 15 percent per couple, and 599 yuan plus 15 percent surcharge per couple, for a live band performance. The meals have foie gras, chocolate mousse, lobster soup, braised snail, United States steak, roses, and limitless champagne.
