Wu holds on to lead CAGC

Wu Haochuan continued his fine form, carding a 1-under 71 for the second-round lead at the 2012 Fangshan Changyang China Amateur Golf Championship on Friday at the Beijing California Country Golf Club.
Wu (pictured) surprised himself with five birdies on the back nine, but also had four bogeys. He is up three strokes on first-round co-leader Zhang Jin at 3-under 140.
"I fared much better on the back nine," said the 20-year-old, who birdied 12, 13, 14, 16 and 17. "On the front nine, I got a little bit distracted, hitting eight pars and one bogey.
