Expo fuels investment and integration

A large expo held annually in Changchun has facilitated further economic integration among Northeast Asian countries, said officials.

"The China-Northeast Asia Expo has served as a great forum for countries in the region," said Wang Jiarui, deputy chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

Wang made his remarks at the expo that concluded on Sept 11 in Changchun, capital of Jilin province in Northeast China.
