In Shenyang , capital of Liaoning Province, Tiexi New District and Hunnan New District are very famous for their quick development in recent years.

As an important old industrial base, Tiexi District encountered numerous challenges and obstacles in the past. But since June 2002, there has been great changes.

After comprehensive transformations, many State-owned enterprises (SOEs),entered a new stage, said Chen Guoqiang, vice secretary of Tiexi New District Committee of the CPC in a meeting with a group of Internet media executives and staffs.

What’s more, every undertakings of Tiexi District are fully developed. People’s living standard is promoted obviously. The food, beverage and entertainment industry develops fast and with whole service industries of culture, education, health, finance, commercial and insurance. The economy of Tiexi New District is on the way of sustainable, fast and health development.

Meanwhile, in Hunnan New District, new and high-technology enterprises has taken out the outstanding achievement and gained the good development.

Shenyang Only Info-Tech CO., LTD is a high tech shareholding system enterprise engaged in information technology service with its headquarters located in Hunnan New District.
