Brook met the Titanic star while filming castaway thriller Three in 2004. She had just split with Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels star Jason Statham, 40.

The couple had planned to wed in a romantic ceremony at their 600-year-old farmhouse in Kent, England.

A spokesman for Brook has confirmed the split.
