A man has a brawl with a volunteer dispatching relief materials in a flooded street in Yuyao, East China's Zhejiang province, Oct 9, 2013. The man, who local residents identified as non-native, accused the volunteer of being unfair by only giving out materials to natives. Yuyao has seen the worst flood in decades as Typhoon Fitow rattled the province, cutting off electricity and water, and creating a shortage of daily necessities. [Photo/CFP] |
