Many people imagine British people to wear very smart formal clothes, but is this an accurate picture?

This is the question that Bill Lee set out to answer.

Bill is a college student from China who won this year's 21st Century National English Speaking Contest. He worked with bbcukchina.com for two weeks this summer.

Bill has always been very interested in formal dress in Britain. In this programme he finds out more about this topic and realises his dream of wearing a real top hat and tails.
