After a high profilestintin rehab last month, the singer kick-started a vigorous new exercise regime - including regular dance classes - to help her shed unwanted extra pounds.

But when Spears stepped out in LA in a lavendersundress with a plunging neckline, it was clear that her weight loss has also taken a toll on her formallybuxom cleavage.

Wearing a hat and wig to cover her shaved head, the 25-year-old star grabbed a quick coffee while out and about in Beverly Hills, and paid a visit to a tanning salon.

Her shrinking frame has already sparked rumours that her weight loss could be due tocosmetic surgery.

Spears was treated at Promises rehab clinic in LA in March, after shaving off all her hair and attacking a paparazzi vehicle with an umbrella.

The single star - her divorce from Kevin Federline has been settled - has two children, Jayden James, 8 months and Sean Preston, 1.
