Xinhua district of Pingdingshan, Henan province, is striving to become a better place for people to live and work and will undertake five projects to this end.

There are 13 development projects planned in the district, including building a flower market, a materials market, a furniture plaza and several office towers.

Xinhua is also building a culture area, a tourism area and business area.

The district is also trying to strengthen the quality of its health care and public security system.
