Henan province held the 2013 Yellow River Friendship Prize awards ceremony on Sept 29, where five foreign experts were awarded the honor. Xie Fuzhan, the governor of Henan, granted the prizes and delivered a speech. Zhao Jiancai, deputy governor, read off the list of prize winners.
