The Ruzhou municipal people's congress held a symposium on Jan 10.

Attendees, including the director and deputy directors of the standing committee of the Ruzhou municipal people's congress, as well as leading Party group members, discussed urban-rural development involving new rural community construction, the cooperative medical care system and urban construction at the symposium.

Zhang Liuhua, director of the standing committee of the Ruzhou municipal people's congress, praised the deputies' work in the past year. In responding to their proposals, the municipal people's congress will incorporate their ideas into next year’s plan and work out solutions in a timely manner.

Zhang concluded the major works of the municipal people's congress in 2013 at the symposium and encouraged the deputies to improve their awareness and responsibilities in the following year.
