Recently, the Huaqiao Economic Development Zone opened an intellectual property training course for modern service enterprises, inviting lawyers from Jiangsu Wisdom Lawyer Firm to lecture.

The training course covers methods for seeking 2009 patent sponsorship, the application and protection for a patent, basic knowledge on copyright, and other practical information. Representatives from a lot of modern service enterprises and industrial enterprises attended the course, such as Jiangsu Yuanyang Data Processing Co. Ltd., China Data Group, and Kunshan Sofmit Software.

Although modern service enterprises in the zone have not been operating for long, Huaqiao makes provision for rainy days to open intellectual property training courses, so that enterprises can prepare in advance, improving clients competitive edge.
