The Telecommunication Central Mansion (or TCM) broke ground recently at Huaqiao International Service Business Park.

The TCM, covering a building area of 9059 square meters, will be connected with nearby telecommunication bureaus and network systems in order to build a solid and reliable information network for Huaqiao.

Huaqiao has launched the project, which aims to build Huaqiao into a Multi-media Information City within three years with the TCM integral to the project.
