Jiangsu Start Dimei Data Processing Co Ltd and Beijing Zptic Electrical Technology Co Ltd have reached an agreement to collectively set up China’s first BPO flagship enterprise.

Jiangsu Start Dimei Data Processing Co Ltd and Beijing Zptic Electrical Technology Co Ltd have reached an agreement to collectively set up China’s first BPO flagship enterprise.

With the agreement, Beijing Zptic Electrical Technology Co Ltd will transfer its printing outsourcing services to Jiangsu Start Dimei Data Processing Co Ltd, located in Huaqiao.

Jiangsu Start Dimei Data Processing Co Ltd and Beijing Zptic Electrical Technology Co Ltd signed the agreement.

Jiangsu Start Dimei Data Processing Co Ltd will become the largest printing outsourcing provider in China with over 50% of market shares.

The agreement was signed October 26 at the Huaqiao International Service Business Park. Ren Xueyuan, Director of the Managing Committee of Huaqiao Economic Development Zone, and Shen Huafei, Deputy Director of the Managing Committee of Huaqiao Economic Development Zone, attended the signing ceremony.

Shen spoke highly of their juncture, saying the association between the two strong enterprises is beneficial to industrial development and their growth.

He also promised to serve and support the FBSI outsourcing industry at Huaqiao International Service Business Park.

Jiangsu Start Dimei Data Processing Co Ltd was recently established by Fujian Start Computer Equipment Co Ltd at Huaqiao in Kunshan, Jiangsu province with a registered capital of 20 million yuan and estimated 100-200 employees. The company, a high-tech software and service supplier owning advanced technologies in the industry, is mainly engaged in designing and developing printing software, systems and solutions. It also integrates all sorts of software and hardware on the basis of software systems to constitute an automatic file plant, so as to supply value-added outsourcing services of printing and production to customers, including in-depth exploration of customer data, individual-oriented processing and file production.

Beijing Zptic Electrical Technology Co Ltd, established in 1993, mainly deals in the sales and services of high speed line printers and laser printers. Beijing Zptic Electrical Technology Co Ltd, the only partner of IBM in China since 1997, has transformed from sales-orientation to outsourcing-orientation.
