Ambow Education 09’ Summit was held at the Experimental Training Center of Huaqiao International Service Business Park on November 7-8.

Kunshan Mayor Guan Aiguo, said development of the business park demonstrates the city’s great efforts in upgrading its economy. The park has become a modern business center with a cluster of industries.

Talent is still a bottleneck for Huaqiao’s further development, Guan said. Kunshan has launched a series of measures to develop and attract talent in the service industry.

Ambow Education 09’ Summit was jointly organized by the Senior High School Education Professional Commission of CSE, Ambow Education Group and Beijing Shengtao Education and Innovation Institute.

Those who addressed the summit, included Zhu Yongxin, permanent member of the CPPCC, Ms. Wei Yu of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Susan Sclafani, Assistant Secretary, Office of Vocational and Adult Education, Tao Xiping, General Counselor of the State on Education and Vice Chairman of the Chinese Society of Education, Prof. Wang Benzhong, Director General of the Senior High School,Dr. Huang Jin, Ambow Education Group CEO, and Chen Hanqiang, "Board Chairman" of Chinese Foundation for Development of Early Childhood Education, Taiwan. Nearly 500 presidents from domestic key middle schools attended Ambow Education 09’ Summit.
