The service outsourcing base is located in the southwest of Huaqiao International Service Business Park.

The base has a planed total area of 10 square kilometers. Capgemini France, Centrin Data, China Data Group, Yuanyang Data and other corporations have currently settled in and have been put into use, one after another, since 2009.

The base is to be built into an eco-outsourcing park surrounded by urban forests, a riverside ecological corridor and a reasonable road-traffic layout, as well as having spatial distribution.
