At the liaison meeting for the 2011 authentication and ratification inter-ministerial joint conference, the State Certification and Accreditation Administration conferred with the Huaqiao International Service Business Park to discuss the implementation of a national demonstration park for service outsourcing authentication. The park is the first to win such an honor in China.

After it is identified as the first national demonstration park for service outsourcing, Huaqiao International Service Business Park will actively participate in establishing national standards for the service outsourcing industry.

It hopes to gradually expand and elevate its influences in the modern service industry. It will vigorously promote service outsourcing company authentication and strives to help all service outsourcing companies in Kunshan, Jiangsu province to pass authentication in five years. This will elevate the overall service outsourcing standards. It also plans to attract famous certification organizations and companies to enter the demonstration park and effectively carry out certification and ratification work. The overall objective is to formulate a win-win scheme for the government, companies and certification organizations.

To date, the State Certification, Accreditation Administration and Kunshan municipality have jointly mapped out the plan for construction and operation of the Service Outsourcing Certification in Huaqiao International Service Business Park. They have established the construction goals and acceptance standards for the demonstration park.
