Digital China Holdings Ltd, China’s biggest integrated IT service provider, was awarded “Best Enterprise in Asia” in the Corporate Governance Asia Annual Recognition Awards 2012 by Corporate Governance Asia, a Hong Kong magazine focusing on corporate governance.
