The city will offer an allowance totaling?10 percent of the?expenditure on equipment purchasing to the emerging industry enterprises whose registered capital is above 50m yuan (8m USD)?and whose expected tax revenue reaches 13,333 yuan (2.13 USD) per hectare. As for emerging industry projects, the fund can make a follow-up equity investment of less than 40 percent of the total enterprise capital.
