Small and micro companies in Dandong will be exempt from 22 administrative fees in connection to management, registration and certification from Jan 1, 2012 to Dec 31, 2014. The companies have been identified by the Dandong municipal government according to the Provisions on the Classification Standards of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.

The Dandong Municipal Finance Bureau and Municipal Prices Bureau have forwarded the official notification to the Ministry of Finance, and the National Development and Reform Commission to exempt small and micro enterprises from the administrative fees. This exemption covers enterprise registration fees, tax invoice costs, customs fees and land registration fees.

As for the departments and units that exercise these public administration functions, the finance authorities will compensate for their losses by means of departmental budgeting. The municipal finance and price authorities will strengthen supervision and penalize the departments and units that violate this stipulation.
