On the afternoon of March 5, 2012, the launching ceremony of the "loving care activity" in universities was held at the Eastern Liaoning University. The activity was co-organized by the publicity department of the Dandong municipal Party committee, the municipal charity federation and Dalian Bank Dandong branch. At the launching ceremony, Dandong branch of Dalian bank provided 100,000 yuan for 330 one year subscriptions to China Daily for excellent college volunteers and less well-off students.
