Han Song
Han Song, born in June 1965, is an ethnic Han from Linyi city, Shandong province. He started work in August 1989 and joined the Communist Party of China in January 1986.

Qiang Xiao'an
Qiang Xiao'an, born in April 1964, is an ethnic Han from Chang'an, Shaanxi province. He is a CPC member. He started work in October 1982. He graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University and holds a doctoral degree in economics. He is an auditor and registered auditor.
He has served as deputy director of the Xi'an municipal development and reform commission, deputy executive director of the Xi'an municipal financial office and deputy director of the Xi'an municipal city management office.
2008 - 2009: Deputy executive director of the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park management committee. He was in charge of human resources, finance, publicity and police research at the general affairs department, construction bureau and planning bureau.
2009 - 2011: Deputy secretary of the CPC Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park working committee
2011- Now: Director of the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park management committee
Li Pingwei
Li Pingwei, born in March 1971, is from Wenxi county, Shanxi province. He is a member of the CPC and holds a master's degree. He is a certified public accountant.
He started work in July 1995. He has served as vice-president of the Nandajie sub-branch, Shaanxi branch, China Construction Bank; director of the Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee Investment Promotion Center; and director of the Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone finance bureau.
2008 - 2009: Deputy director of the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park management committee in charge of finance, economic development and land reserves. Responsible for the finance bureau, economic development bureau and land reserve center. In contact with the municipal industrial and commercial administration, tax administration, customs, and commodity inspection department.
2009 - Now: Member of the CPC Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park working committee
Han Xiaomin
Han Xiaomin, born in November 1964, is an ethnic Han from Xi'an, Shaanxi province. He started work in August 1983 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1988.
He is currently deputy district head of the Xi'an Baqiao district government and member of the leading Party group. He is also the deputy director of the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park management committee.
He has served as deputy township head of Liucunbao township, Weiyang district, Xi'an; member of the Party committee; member of the Weiyang district committee organization department; deputy secretary and member of the Weiyang district Tanjia village Party committee; and secretary of the Tanjia village discipline inspection commission.
Han has also served as deputy secretary of the Xi'an Weiyang district Tanjia Street CPC working committee, secretary of the Tanjia Street discipline working committee, deputy secretary of the Xi'an Weiyang district Weiyang Palace Street CPC working committee, and director of the Weiyang Palace Street office.
Han has served as secretary of the Xi'an Weiyang district Weiyang Palace Street CPC working committee, director of the Weiyang Palace Street NPC working committee, director of the Weiyang Palace Street office, secretary of the Xi'an Weiyang district Weiyang Palace Street CPC working committee and director of the Weiyang Palace Street NPC working committee.

Sun Yimin
Sun Yimin, born in August 1963, started work in July 1986. He received a university education and on-the-job postgraduate education. He is a member of the CPC.
2002 - 2008: Director of the Yanliang Economic Development Zone management committee, general manager of Economic Development Corporation (2004-2005: deputy director of the Xi'an High-Tech Zone Yanliang Aviation Science and Technology Industrial Park management committee; 2005-2006: director of the Xi'an Yanliang National Aviation High-Tech Industrial Base Environmental Protection Agency)
2008 - 2009: Deputy director of the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park management committee (probationary period of one year), in charge of attracting investment, land management, urban management and law enforcement, environmental amenity, safety production, and land requisition and demolishing. Worked with the merchants bureau, land branch, law enforcement branch, environmental amenity bureau, and land requisition and demolishing management office. In contact with the police station and Baqiao district government.

Li Xiang
Li Xi'ang, born in September 1964, is from Wugong, Shaanxi province. He started work in July 1985 and is a member of the CPC. He graduated from Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology (formerly Xi'an Metallurgical School of Architecture) and has had on-the-job postgraduate training.
He has worked in the school's Mechanics Teaching and Research Section and the foreign affairs department of Shaanxi Weihe Chemical Fertilizer Plant. He has served as deputy director and director of the Xi'an Lianhu district construction bureau, deputy director of the Xi'an planning bureau Lianhu branch, and director of the Xi'an Lianhu district development and reform commission.
2009 - 2010: Director of the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park management committee construction bureau, director of the Xi'an Bonded Logistics Park development and construction management office
2010 – Now: Secretary of the CPC Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park discipline working committee
Zhao Yuewang
Zhao Yuewang, born in November 1969, is a female ethnic Han from Zhouzhi, Shaanxi province. She started working in July 1991 and joined the Communist Party of China in April 2000. She received a postgraduate education in management and has a PhD in engineering. She is a registered land appraiser and State-owned land use rights bidding and auction host.
She has served as deputy director at the Xi'an Qujiang new district real estate administration, director of the Xi'an Qujiang new district land reserve center, deputy director of the Xi'an land and resources bureau Qujiang branch, section chief of the Xi'an land and resources bureau cadastral land office, and section chief of the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park management committee integrated department.
2010 - 2012: Deputy director of the Xi'an International Inland Port Investment & Development Group Co
2012 - Now: Deputy general manager of Xi'an International Inland Port Investment & Development Group Co (concurrent director of the Xi'an International Trade & Logistics Park management committee construction bureau, director of the planning bureau and director of the land reserve center)
