Taxpayers can pay their taxes through?free official online systems starting on July 1, according to the Shanxi Provincial Office of State Administration of Taxation on June 25.

Taxpayers with Internet-banking accounts can log in to the Shanxi provincial website or the national platform to pay their taxes online without having to wait in long lines at the hall.

To avoid the potential problem of double payments, taxpayers should stick to one system for each payment. To process the e-payments, taxpayers should finish their online filing within the time limit specified by the official government.

The e-payment platform will save time for all taxpayers, but not for self-employed people to pay quota tax regularly at present.
