Comment on the topic : China’s political reform: What lies ahead?
A multi-party system just wastes time and energy. The single-party CPC has brought China rapid and steady growth unmatched in the world, while multi-party 'democracies' are failing and deeply in debt. Socialism is the political system of the future.
China should bring the capitalist phase of Communism to an end. It has served its purpose. It is time to move on and expand state-owned enterprises by absorbing the largest private enterprises. It is time to implement national heath care and promote affordable housing for all people.
I’ve lived in China for quite a considerable time including my graduate school years, travelled and worked in a few cities and still choose my destination taking into consideration the density of smog or PM2.5 particulate matter in the region.
