'Unfixed' inspection welcomed

The central inspection group's "unfixed" position guarantees inner Party supervision, said an article in Beijing Youth Daily (excerpts below).

Recently 10 groups began inspecting local authorities and institutions.

These groups play a vital role in ensuring that local authorities and institutions function properly and efficiently.

"Unfixed" means there is no link between those inspecting and those being inspected.

Public input can of course help but these groups can function independently and make sure that officials are doing the work that they are meant to.
