The photo taken on Dec. 13, 2006 shows a giant lantern made up of porcelain plates and bowls in Qiqihar, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, Dec.13, 2006. A total of 66 craftsmen, who come from Zigong, southwest China's Sichuan Province, were invited to Qiqihar to make festoon lanterns for the 2007 Qiqihar Longsha Lantern Festival, where the southern festoon lanterns will reflect with northern ice lanterns.
