People queue up to consult and do business in the comprehensive service center of Shanghai's pilot free trade zone, Oct 28, 2013. China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone has seen 208 newly registered enterprises and 12 opening measures established by the end of its first month. The project has attracted investment from home and abroad due to its favorable measures.
