The third movie theater in E-town, located in Urban-Rural Century Plaza, opened on February 27.

The new movie theater is the sixth developed by China Cultural Media Group Ltd, and is the company’s flagship theater.

Its lobby is decorated as one of the scenes from Harry Potter, depicting the platform 9 3/4 in a train station, which is the only path towards the magic school. The design is to let all audiences feel the magic of movies and find their own magic worlds.

There is also a Time Hall in the theater that displays the development of the movie industry around the world, including posters and lines from the blockbusters of the past twenty years.

There are 9 screens in the theater, and 1,900 seats. There are 7 3D screens, one IMAX screen and one VIP room. The screens, projectors, and sound systems are all of the world’s highest quality. The new movie theater is of the highest standard in E-town and in the city of Beijing.
