Chongqing THESEUS Information Technology Co in Liangjiang New Area, Southwest China's Chongqing municipality, recently released a series of intelligent visual products and solutions, which will increase the work efficiency of intermittent manufacturing operators, and has the potential to achieve the domestication of several core technologies in the intelligent visual field.

Specializing in the online quality testing for automobile welding and sealing strip crafts, the company has developed an online 2D/3D gluing quality testing system that applies 350-degree imaging technology, an artificial intelligence algorithm, and big data platforms.

The system is the only one of its kind in China, and has been adopted in the gluing production lines of Chongqing auto-makers.

Gluing testing is traditionally conducted by men, and every item for testing needs at least seven seconds. With the new system, the testing can be carried out online in real time, and decrease the omission ratio to zero.

In addition, THESEUS also rolled out its 5G high-precision multi-purpose industrial AI robots, 3D binocular structured light cameras, and 3D laser profile cameras.

These new technologies have been applied in real-life production scenarios. THESEUS has also reached cooperation agreements with many auto-makers and electronic product manufacturers to help them with digital transformation.
