Canyon running through the city in Chongqing

Located in the core area of the three urban clusters, Qianjiang City Grand Canyon in Southwest China's Chongqing municipality is the country's only canyon running through a city centre. With a typical karst landform, the canyon along the Qianjing River stretches as long as 10 kilometers with a maximum vertical drop of 500 meters.
