An undated image released by ROK's defence ministry in Seoul Dec 23, 2012, shows that a piece of wreckage of DPRK's Unha-3 (Milky Way 3) rocket is seen on a navy vessel of ROK's navy after it was pulled up. The piece is estimated as a fuel tank of the rocket by the defence ministry.
